This page is useful for those who are interested in Mediabo Education Program. The frequently asked questions and the answers to them are listed in the following. First of all read through it because you will probably find the answers to your questions, and you do not have to waste time to ask once again!

What does a lesson consist of?
- Exercises based on the previous lesson, text, exercises based on the grammar explained in the present lesson, the actual grammar, vocabulary containing the actual words, and ‘answer-key’ including the answers to the exercises. In case you need we send you a sample.

If I go through the course thoroughly will I be able to pass the language exam?
- We put together the courses so that the materials of the three levels will harmonize with the requirement system of the three language exam levels.

Although the listening materials contain the necessary knowledge, in addition it is highly recommended to have a partner who you can practice the speaking language for the oral exam.

If I find the lessons too easy or too difficult, is it possible to change between the levels during the course?

- Of course it is possible. You will get your following lesson from the required level. After checking the contents you can choose which lesson you want to start from, so you do not have to repeat the knowledge you have already attained. In case you just want to repeat your knowledge, you can choose more intensive course, and when you find the lessons difficult you can exchange for the less intensive one.

Is it the only way to send the ‘application form for the listening materials’ via post?
- No it is not. Moreover it is highly recommended to send it via fax or e-mail, because these ways are more effective and quickly.

In case I want to order a CD for the intermediate level, where do I have to click?

Each level contains 5-5 CDs, so you always have to start with the first one. On the application form for the listening materials’ the different languages, different levels and serial number of CDs are well separated.

In case I go on holiday or anything happens what can I do? Can I ask for a break?

- Yes, in case you inform us in time, you can discuss the details with our colleagues. We have a short break between Christmas and New Year in December because at that time nobody likes studying :-)

Is it possible to change the intensity of the lessons during the course?

- Of course it is. You can change the intensity every month if you like, in case your timetable changes, but we would like to kindly ask you to inform us in time. Important: Do not have too much time without studying; it is important to have some language materials to think about.

How can I cancel my application?

It's very simple. You have to send us an e-mail until the end of the month (before 20th) in which you let us know that you are not planning to learn in Educomm any more. It's important: we don't pay money back, so for example in case of a paid half year charge after three months we are not able to pay back the remained three months.

Of course you can continue the course any time in the future.
